REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

If you would like to cancel a paid order before delivery, you can do it by sending an email to info@topikiagora.com.cy or call +357 99151358. We will refund within 72 hours.

If you would like to return an item, you can do it for free to our front desk, only by appointment arranged by calling at +357 99151358 Monday – Friday (8:00 – 17:00) at 1st Apriliou Street No.6, P.C. 7730, Agios Theodoros, Larnaka.

Returns Terms:

• Returns are accepted within 48 hours with the presence of original receipt at the price that the item was bought.
• The return slip must always be included along with the products that you wish to return.
• The price of the returned item will be refunded back to the credit card used for the transaction as soon as your return is processed.
• Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.
