Ermi Traditional Sweet

We have been in the field of tradition since 2004 and we prepare pure and traditional products the way our ancestors used to prepare them. We are located in Agioi Vavatsinias where we maintain our modern craft unit and visitors can not only enjoy our products but also watch the production of products and participate in our experiential workshops. The goal of our business is to awaken memories and to entrust ti the next generations the aroma of tradition.

That is why our products are traditional and pure, without preservatives and dyes. Most of the fruit we use is self produced and all supply from other producers is ensured to be of outstanding quality because the final product must maintain a high quality. We want to be sure of the quality we offer to the consumer and that is why we maintain our own fruit plantations and produce our products with love.

Our company holds a Quality Control Certificate ISO22000: 2018 HACCP and has been awarded the 1st prize as a small industry by the Department of Agriculture in the Agricultural Exhibition organized by the Ministry of Agriculture-Natural Resources and Environment and a quality award named “Taste of Cyprus” from the Ministry of Nature Tourism.
